This rare island whiskey is the first Peated Single Malt Irish Whiskey to be distilled matured and bottled on an island. Inspired by the boglands of Achill this Peated Irish Whiskey is a smooth single Malt with a delicate smokiness and a sweet taste. On the nose there is gentle inviting notes of Peat smoke. The flavour begins with a sweet malt character and caramel tones & develops a delicate smokiness
