The parcels were co‐inoculated for alcoholic and malolactic fermentation

the base wine was aged on lees in tank before being prepared and inoculated for secondary fermentation

Rich red brick

Blackcurrant with spicy notes of aniseed and pepper

the fruit was handled lightly with minimal mechanical intervention to allow the true nature of the estate-grown fruit to be on display

The wine was then transferred into 40% new French oak barrels where it was allowed to age and develop

this wine lingers on the palate with soft round tannins
