Bicycle Rack Functional Art `Commissioned work. Reuben was asked to build a bicycle rack with the theme of wheels. So he did. Within each outer larger wheel he used many smaller wheels and gears and bicycle parts to decorate the larger outer wheels. He painted them vibrant colors to stand out among the foliage. Weight 400 lbs; Dimensions 36 in circumference
