Meyer Family Cellars - Fluffy Billows Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 (750ml) GrecanicoAs in past vintages, we aged the 2021 Fluffy Billows in French oak barrels for just under two years, an approach that always complements the firm, cellar friendly structure of our Oakville Cabernets. Two drought years led to a small, intense crop, deep in color. It boasts a combination of spicy cherry and cassis notes on the nose with blackberry and plum on the palate. Complex notes of cedar and cooking spice mingle elegantly with the abundant fruit.
