Rioja Heredad de Tejada Tempranillo Size:75clFresh, fruity Rioja from old vines, all raspberry and liquorice, with a touch of herbaceousness on the nose. Comes from a selection of old vineyards, between 50 and 70 years old, located in Rioja Alta. Hand picked during the second and third week of october and transported to the winery in boxes and small trailers. Fermentation take place in 25 ton stainless steel tanks under a controlled temperature below 25 C, and maceration is extended for 2 weeks.

The estate has long been regarded as one of the finest in the Douro Valley

Every bottle of Sipsmith is hand crafted in genuinely small batches
