1985 Vintage Sewing Pattern: Vogue 9421 Misses' Vests & WaistcoatsMisses' Jacket, Skirt and Blouse: Very loose fitting, below hip lined jacket has extended shoulders, shoulder pads, side front pockets, back princess seams, and long sleeves. Straight wrap skirt below mid knee has waistband. Loose fitting blouse has collar on band, extended shoulders, shoulder pads, front tucks, back pleated into yoke with forward shoulder seams, concealed front buttoned closing and long sleeves with buttoned cuffs.
