This 2015 vintage is the youngest in the series released to mark the 25th anniversary of the AOC. It spent six years in the tropics in bourbon barrels. The year 2015 was marked by an initially difficult harvest followed by relatively favorable weather that produced large yields.

It was bottled from eight barrels distilled at Enmore in 1995 and bottled in February 2011

It was built by the architect Emile Bougenot
