Balvenie Tun 1509 Batch 7 Whisky 70cl Emporia BrandsThis release comes from the success of the Balvenie 1401 Tun series, and for the 1509 they needed a bigger vat to produce the Whisky. It is produce through the combination of 23 American Oak Barrels and 9 European Oak Sherry butts which are left to marry for several months. This has a Rich and Sweet body with notes of Oak and a Sweet Sherry in the mix.

This Gin really packs a punch with a Citrus and Juniper Burst throughout and then a subtle yet tasty Spice to bring it down

These gins embody a shift away from the usual overabundance of juniper toward a more forward balance of botanicals
