To create this Gin the Isle of Wight team have taken their original recipe Gin and infused it with Island Strawberries which has allowed for a much Fruitier Gin to be produced which is as expected extremely refreshing ad perfect for Summer

This is aged for a minimum of 21 years and to complete this they finish it off in 30 year old Port Pipes
